Be the Very Best Version of Yourself

St George’s is a leading independent, academically selective, co-educational Catholic, Josephite day school for children age 2 to 18, offering an exceptional, values-led education. We aim to develop perfectly balanced, quietly confident individuals by educating minds, expanding hearts and empowering lives. Our inspirational teaching instils a love of learning that fulfils aspirations and exceeds potential.

We achieve outstanding results in public exams yet purposefully don’t take part in national league tables, and are passionate about Value Added.

Value Added is a measure of a student’s progress, and the difference brilliant teaching and learning can make to the raw ability of a student. St George’s Value Added is in the top 5% of schools nationwide, and we are enormously proud that we help students achieve grades at GCSE and A Level beyond those expected.
