By submitting this Dedication Request to Addlestone Local A-Z for broadcast on TFS Radio, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1.1. Discretionary Acceptance: Submission of a dedication request to Addlestone Local A-Z does not guarantee acceptance, inclusion, or broadcast on TFS Radio. All requests are subject to review, technical feasibility, and final approval by the TFS Radio Management and Production Team.
1.2. Editorial Discretion: TFS Radio and Addlestone Local A-Z reserve the unconditional right to reject, edit, modify, or decline to broadcast any dedication message or song request for any reason, without explanation or prior notification to the submitter.
1.3. Scheduling and Time: Dedications, if accepted, will be scheduled at the sole discretion of TFS Radio. The station cannot guarantee a specific time slot, date, or order of broadcast, even if a preference is indicated by the submitter.
2.1. Content Vetting: All submitted dedication messages must be suitable for a general public audience and adhere to TFS Radio‘s internal editorial guidelines and all relevant broadcasting standards (e.g., Ofcom guidelines).
2.2. Prohibited Content: Dedications must not contain, refer to, or promote:
Hate speech, discrimination, or abusive language targeting any protected group.
Defamatory, malicious, or false statements about any individual or entity.
Material that is obscene, vulgar, violent, or sexually explicit.
Political campaigning, religious proselytising, or overt commercial advertising (unless explicitly agreed upon by TFS Radio).
Copyright-infringing material.
3.1. Music Library: Acceptance of a song request is contingent on the track being available within TFS Radio‘s official music library and clearance processes.
3.2. Substitution: If a requested track is unavailable, technically unsuitable, or deemed inappropriate for broadcast by TFS Radio, the station reserves the right to substitute a different track of similar style, or omit the song request entirely while still potentially broadcasting the dedication message.
4.1. Technical Failure: TFS Radio accepts no liability for the non-broadcast of a dedication due to technical failures, transmission errors, unforeseen scheduling conflicts, or any operational reason outside of the station’s direct control.
4.2. Errors in Submission: Dedications submitted via Addlestone Local A-Z may be rejected if the submission form is incomplete, illegible, or contains critical errors.
5.1. No Compensation: The submitter acknowledges that they are not entitled to any compensation, payment, or refund should their dedication request not be broadcast or only partially broadcast by TFS Radio.
5.2. Accuracy: The submitter is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information provided in the dedication message.
5.3. Indemnity: By submitting, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TFS Radio, Addlestone Local A-Z, their staff, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the content of your dedication message or song request.

The personal information (e.g., your name, the name of the person being dedicated to, and your contact details) is collected solely for the following purposes:
Processing: To process and manage your dedication request for broadcast on TFS Radio.
Verification: To verify the identity of the submitter where necessary, and to ensure content complies with our editorial standards.
Contact: To contact you directly, if absolutely necessary, regarding the specifics of your dedication request.
Internal Sharing: Your dedication request, including any names provided, will be shared internally between Addlestone Local A-Z (as the organizer) and the TFS Radio Production Team for the purpose of broadcasting the dedication.
Public Broadcast: By submitting a dedication, you consent to the reading of the dedication message and the name(s) specified in the message over the airwaves (and online streaming) of TFS Radio.
Third Parties: Your contact information will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention: We will retain your dedication message and associated contact information for a maximum period of 30 days after the intended broadcast date, after which it will be securely deleted, unless a longer retention period is required for regulatory or legal compliance.
