MEET THE BEAT: PC CAMPBELL JOINS ADDLESTONE PATROLS
Surrey Police have welcomed PC Campbell as the newest member of the Safer Neighbourhood Team for Chertsey and Addlestone. As part of the Home Office-funded Hotspot Policing initiative, PC Campbell has been conducting high-visibility cycle patrols across the town to tackle anti-social behaviour.
The team held a successful "Meet the Beat" session at the Addlestone Tesco on Friday, March 6th, engaging with residents about local concerns. Recent targeted activity around the Central Court area has already resulted in two arrests and the issuance of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) to prevent further disruption in the town centre.
